An eventful 2 weeks
Well, you might have heard that we sold our house. We were very surprised to sell it in 3 weeks. We close on March 13th and we will be moving in with grandma, grandpa, and Belle. We have decided to build a house out by Aime on Holmstead. We are very excited and are hoping that they can start soon.
Aiden decided to jump out of Ethen's crib a week ago. It wasn't swollen or bruised so we didn't take him in. He was still limping on it a week later so we took him in and Ben "took pictures of his bones." Turns out he does have a fracture, but it doesn't need casting (thank goodness). We just have to follow-up in 4 weeks.
We also spent the last week with the Romriells in sunny Las Vegas. We got off the plane with our coats and Todd met us at the Airport in shorts! The weather was perfect! It got me in the mood to buy summer clothes for the kids and Aiden wore shorts every day. It was hard to come back and wear coats again. We would like to thank the Romriells for the taxi service and letting us invade their house. Aiden loved Lath Begas and asked when we got to the airport if we could go back to Brooklyn's new house.

Grandma's new elbow
Grandma compares herself to Humpty Dumpty. Here's is a picture of new elbow after they put her back together again. She has a plate and a few pins to keep it together. Her "Bionic" arm isn't so bionic yet. She is still working on just lifting her arm. She says it's amazing all the things that are hard to do with just one arm, such as opening a bottle. Aiden thinks it's "gross" and refuses to touch it. We'll try to keep everybody updated on the grandfolks and try to keep them from falling apart.

Christmas
I know it's been a while, so here is a quick update. Christmas was fun. We had fun with both families and Aiden has learned about all the presents he gets to open everywhere. Aiden continues to say, "I should get that for Christmas, huh mom." And he still sings Santa's comin' to town. I think it's going to be a long wait until next Christmas. I tried to distract him with signing up for baseball, so now he also asks if it's warm outside so he can play baseball with Taylor. The boys also had fun x-treme sledding while we had snow. (I think that Aiden had more fun though). Now all the snow we had at Christmas time is gone and it's 40 degrees.
Ben is learning quickly how fast Aiden catches on to things. When We were getting gas the other day, he said, "Gas is going up again, huh, mom."
Much to our dismay, Ethen is crawling all over the place. We tried to hold him off as long as possible, but now he is all over the place.
We also have put our house up for sale. We'll give the market a try. So anybody looking to move back to the booming metropolis of Pocatello, we have the house for YOU! We are talking about building our new house and are quite excited.

Ready for Christmas
Ben said that we had a "ghetto" Christmas tree so we decided to spring for a new one. Aiden loved to help decorate the tree, again and again and again! And Ethen liked to eat the decorations.
We went and had "Breakfast with Santa" at the Festival of Trees and Aiden had a lot of fun. He was a little scared of Santa at first but he did end up sitting on his lap so he could tell him that he wanted a Bumblebee Transformer for Christmas. Now he asks everyday if it's Christmas yet.
And here is an added picture of the "Cool little Squeak."

Halloween
Here's the Haislip's Halloween. Aiden had fun wearing his costume to school. They decorated cookies and I was amazed that his costume was still clean. We went "trunk -or-treating" and then up to the Haislips for pizza. We carved a "pukin," it even has ears and eyebrows. And Aiden and Ben had fun playing in the rain and leaves the next day.
