HAPPY BIRTHDAY JILL

We would just like to wish Jill a Happy Happy Birthday!
Last Saturday was a busy and fun day. The day started with the Easter bunny visiting. Aiden loved finding the eggs and then helping Ethen eat his treats. Ethen loves peeps!

Then Aiden had a t-ball game. He did great. He hit the ball out of the air on his first try and even got the ball when he was in the outfield. He was a little preoccupied while he was on base or in the outfield however. He was either playing with his helmet, trying to stand on one leg, or watching the kids playing on the toys. It is pretty funny to watch they are still learning to drop the bat and then run to the 1st base, not 2nd.

Saturday evening. Grandma and Grandpa Haislip had an Easter egg hunt. Aiden loved it! They were so fun to watch. Thanks grandma and grandpa!

Ben had to work all day Saturday and Sunday, so Sunday afternoon Aiden and I went up to the hospital to dye easter eggs with Ben. Aiden was very particular about coloring his eggs and then he put skickers on them to make his "eggy friends."

A visit from the Romriells

It was like Christmas for Aiden last week. The Romriells came to visit! Aiden would wake up every morning asking "Can I go downstairs and see Taylor and Brooklyn?" We didn't do anything real exciting, but the kids got to play and they had a lot of fun. It even got warm enough for them to play outside. Here are a few pictures from the visit.

Ethen's 1st Birthday! Ethen loved his cake! Especially the frosting! Aiden had fun getting everybody with his "spider web" (silly string), and the kids loved opening the presents. Thanks to everyone for everything!

Well, we have moved into "Grandma's and Belle's." The boys are adjusting well. Although, when we went to Salt Lake to Grandma Andersen's house Aiden did ask if we were going to live there.

While we were in Salt Lake we visited the Dinasour Museum. Aiden really liked it. It was pretty funny watching him play in the sand exhibit where they "find the toy dinasours." He would very carefully pull them out of the sand and then go wash them off in the water. And there was no way he was going to take off his shoes to play in the big sand box!

They started our house this week. Very exciting! So now we are the proud owners of a hole in the ground. Thanks to Aime for keeping us posted on the progress.

An eventful 2 weeks

Well, you might have heard that we sold our house. We were very surprised to sell it in 3 weeks. We close on March 13th and we will be moving in with grandma, grandpa, and Belle. We have decided to build a house out by Aime on Holmstead. We are very excited and are hoping that they can start soon.

Aiden decided to jump out of Ethen's crib a week ago. It wasn't swollen or bruised so we didn't take him in. He was still limping on it a week later so we took him in and Ben "took pictures of his bones." Turns out he does have a fracture, but it doesn't need casting (thank goodness). We just have to follow-up in 4 weeks.

We also spent the last week with the Romriells in sunny Las Vegas. We got off the plane with our coats and Todd met us at the Airport in shorts! The weather was perfect! It got me in the mood to buy summer clothes for the kids and Aiden wore shorts every day. It was hard to come back and wear coats again. We would like to thank the Romriells for the taxi service and letting us invade their house. Aiden loved Lath Begas and asked when we got to the airport if we could go back to Brooklyn's new house.
